    Der leistungsstarke Akku befindet sich hinter dem Sattelrohr und lässt sich zum Laden einfach entnehmen.

    Die CRIVIT Urban E-Bikes sind mit einem Drehmomentsensor ausgestattet. Dieser garantiert ein natürliches Fahrgefühl – ganz ohne Schaltung. Je stärker du in die Pedale trittst, desto mehr Unterstützung erhältst du vom Motor. Der verbaute Hinterradnabenmotor ist mit bis zu 40 NM ein wahres Kraftpaket. Für das perfekte Fahrerlebnis sorgen drei Unterstützungsstufen: ECO, TOUR und RACE. Außerdem bietet die Boost-Funktion kurzzeitig (max. 20. Sekunden) volle Power in jeder Fahrsituation. Zwischen den Unterstützungsstufen wechselst du intuitive über Micro-Buttons am Lenker – ohne die Hände vom Lenker zu nehmen.     Welches Modell ist für mich ideal? Du bist zwischen 170-195 cm groß und beschreibst dich selbst als sportlichen Fahrer? Dann solltest du zum CRIVIT Urban E-Bike X.3 mit Diamantrahmen greifen. Wenn du hingegen zwischen 160-190 cm groß bist und dir ein komfortables Handling bei Alltagsaufgaben wichtig ist, empfehlen wir dir das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike Y.3 mit Tiefeinsteiger-Rahmen.
    Wie lade ich den Akku auf? Der Akku ist hinter der Sattelstütze integriert und kann praktisch für den Ladevorgang entnommen werden. Öffne dazu einfach das Schloss und ziehe den Akku heraus. Jetzt kannst du den Akku beispielsweise auch in deiner Wohnung bequem laden. Stecke nach der Ladung einfach den Akku in seine Aufnahme. Der Akku rastet per "Klick" ein.
    Wie viele Zyklen kann der Akku aufladen? Mindestens 500-mal von 0-100%.
    Was ist beim Akku-Aufladen zu beachten? Wir empfehlen den Akku bei einer Temperatur von 10-25°C zu laden. Bitte achte darauf, dass der Akku selbst Zimmertemperatur angenommen hat, bevor er geladen wird. Das sorgt für eine erhöhte Langlebigkeit.
    Kann ich den Akku auch bei kälteren Temperaturen nutzen? Ja, allerdings verringert sich wie bei E-Autos die Reichweite deutlich. Bitte denke daran, bei Temperaturen unter 10°C den Akku zu entnehmen und an einem wärmeren Ort zu lagern. Insbesondere im Winter solltest du den Akku frierenden Temperaturen nicht aussetzen. Dies trägt dazu bei, dass der Akku besonders lange seine Performance behält. Achte darauf, dass der Akku selbst nicht kalt geladen wird, sondern sich vorher leicht erwärmt.
    Welche maximale Reichweite hat das Urban E-Bike? Die maximale Reichweite wird außerdem von Faktoren, wie der Unterstützungsstufe, Fahrergewicht, Gegenwind, Steigung, Reifendruck oder ungleichmäßiges Fahren beeinflusst. Ein Akku arbeitet am effizientesten bei einem Temperaturbereich von 10°C-25°C. Bei Außentemperaturen unter 10°C sinkt die Reichweite aufgrund von Kapazitätseinbußen. Dies liegt schlicht am technischen Aufbau der Akkus. Der Akku erhält bei wärmeren Temperaturen aber seine ursprüngliche Kapazität wieder zurück.
    Welche maximale Geschwindigkeit erreiche ich mit dem CRIVIT Urban E-Bike? Grundsätzlich kannst du mit einem E-Bike so schnell fahren, wie deine Muskelkraft es erlaubt. Der Motor unterstützt bis zu einer Geschwindigkeit von 25km/h. Passe deine Geschwindigkeit immer der jeweiligen Fahrsituation an.
    Kann ich das E-Bike auch ohne Unterstützung fahren? Dein Akku ist leer oder du möchtest dich einfach auspowern? Dank des leichten Gewichts kannst du das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike auch ohne Motorunterstützung fahren. Das Licht am Elektrorad kannst du auch bei leerem Akku weiterhin mindestens 2 Stunden anschalten, um in der Dunkelheit sicher nach Hause zu kommen.
    Wie lange dauert es, bis das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike vollständig aufgeladen ist? Es dauert ca. 3,5 Stunden, bis der Akku wieder vollständig aufgeladen ist. Das beiliegende Ladegerät stoppt den Ladevorgang automatisch, wenn die Batterie voll ist. Achte unbedingt darauf, das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike alle 5-6  Wochen aufzuladen, auch wenn du es nicht nutzt. Dies beugt einer Tiefenentladung vor.
    Wie viele Gänge hat das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike mit Gates-Riemenantrieb? Die CRIVIT Urban E-Bikes sind mit dem hochwertigen Gates ST Riemen ausgestattet. Dieser sorgt in Kombination dem intelligenten Drehmomentsensor dafür, dass sich jede Fahrsituation wie eingebauter Rückenwind anfühlt. Die Übersetzung sorgt für Komfortablen Tritt bis zu 30km/h. Bei Anstiegen über 5% kann es allerdings sein, dass du etwas stärker treten musst.   Der Vorteil des Carbon-Riemens ist allerdings, dass du ihn weder ölen noch regelmäßig wechseln musst.

Zudem ist eine weitere Zuladung von ca. 20 kg möglich. Dadurch ergibt sich ein maximal zulässiges Gesamtgewicht von 140 kg.
    Kann das CRIVIT Urban E-Bike bei Regen gefahren werden? Das E-Bike ist allwettertauglich und ermöglicht, ausgestattet mit der Schutzklasse IPX5, auch problemlos Radtouren im Regen.
