KEEP CLEAN

Please be aware of oils, makeup, perfumes, or other beauty products that may come in contact with your piece(s) during wear. Some parts of our creations cannot be cleaned, and traditional laundry/cleaning products or methods may cause damage.

STORE CAREFULLY

Though you’ll wish you could, you won’t be wearing your new gems every hour of every day. Keep your purchase safe from dirt, dust, spills or fading by storing it safely in their drawstring pouch.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes it's necessary to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and provide a return label for your convenience.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@saulelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return label and further instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your financial institution. The easiest way to exchange for another item is to return the item you have, then, once your return is accepted and you have been credited, make a separate purchase for the new item. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry, and we offer a warranty of 2 years from the original purchase date. If your jewelry becomes damaged or defective during this time due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note that our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or alterations made by anyone other than us. If your Saulė Label jewelry becomes damaged or requires repairs outside of our warranty, we're happy to help. To initiate a repair, please contact us at hello@saulelabel.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess the damage and provide you with an estimate of the repair cost, which will depend on the extent of the damage and the materials required for the repair. If you approve the estimate, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send your jewelry to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with repairs that are not covered by our warranty.

Once we receive your jewelry, we'll carefully assess the damage and perform the necessary repairs. Depending on the extent of the damage and the materials required, repairs may take up to 8 weeks to complete. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your repair throughout the process. Once the repair is complete, we'll ship your jewelry back to you with a tracking number.

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, and our standard shipping time within the United States is 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, such as 2-day or overnight shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and the estimated delivery time will be provided before you finalize your purchase.
